3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

• An order will be confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation of the applicable payment method.

• We may offer payment options such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods supported on our website.

• Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or additional fees will be displayed during checkout.

4. Personalised & Customised Products

At Aauraful, we may offer personalised and customised candles or décor products created according to the customer’s specific requirements. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, messages, photographs, or other customisation details at the time of placing their order.

As these products are specially prepared for individual customers, personalised, customised, and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly customised due to an error from Aauraful, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We provide delivery services across India, subject to serviceability.

• Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, customisation requirements, and courier partner.

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details and contact information.

• Aauraful is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• For time-sensitive gifts and special occasions, customers are advised to place orders sufficiently in advance.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch, subject to the applicable cancellation conditions.

• Once a personalised or customised order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

• Orders that have already been dispatched generally cannot be cancelled.

• Eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns, Replacement & Refunds

Returns or replacements are available only for eligible products as specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

• Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products should be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery.

• Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the package and product for verification.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed after the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team.

• Personalised or customised products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly prepared by Aauraful.

  • If a particular packaging or decorative component becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a similar alternative while maintaining the overall quality, value, and aesthetic of the product.
