At Aauraful, we believe every candle and décor product should reach you safely and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, dispatch, and deliver your orders across India, including applicable delivery timelines and factors that may affect delivery.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders requiring personalisation or customisation may require additional processing time.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking details, where available.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery of Aauraful candles, home décor, and other products generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
  • Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time before dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or areas with limited courier serviceability.
  • Estimated delivery dates may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, high-demand periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns.

• Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements or expedited shipping, where available.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the available service.

• You can use the tracking details provided by our courier partner to check the status of your shipment.

• Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, address, PIN code, and contact number at the time of placing the order.

• Aauraful will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

• If delivery is unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the courier is unable to contact the recipient, re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.

• Customers are advised to provide a reachable phone number for smooth delivery.

6. Gifts & Special Occasion Deliveries

  • For birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, housewarmings, corporate events, and other special occasions, we recommend placing your Aauraful order well in advance.
  • While we make every reasonable effort to deliver your candles and décor products within the estimated delivery timeline, specific delivery dates or time slots may not always be guaranteed.
  • Same-day or express delivery, where available, will depend on product availability, order timing, and the delivery location.

7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged package, missing item, or incorrect product, please contact Aauraful as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please keep the original packaging and product safely until the issue is resolved.

• Clear photographs or an unboxing video may be requested to help us investigate and process your request.

• Approved cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Delivery Delays

Aauraful works with third-party courier partners to deliver orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Public holidays or festival-season delays
• Courier service disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Remote or difficult-to-service locations
• Other unforeseen circumstances

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues.
